At Wine Folly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your educational tools and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, unused condition and were purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that digital products and opened wine accessories are generally non-returnable.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the warehouse shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit, ideally using the original shipping materials, and clearly include your RMA number inside the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service. Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
